So we spent $93 million to save $13 million over 20 years?????

That sounds like a 100 year payback before maintenance and administrative costs are factored in.

Warm and fuzzy math mixed with political correctness is the new norm to replace logic and facts.

This is only slightly better than ethanol production from corn (the most inefficient method to produce it) that has caused our food prices to go through the roof.

You don’t use your primary food source for fuel. The original intent/ promise was lower the cost of gasoline and to reduce our dependence on foreign oil. How has that worked out for you at the grocery store when you go to buy milk, eggs, beef, chicken, and anything else that is tied to corn prices?????
