Firestone is hosting the 13th annual Cleanup Day and Food Drive from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Firestone Public Works facility, 7500 Pine Cone Ave., Firestone. Community members can dispose of unwanted household debris and bring in non-perishable food items to donate to the Carbon Valley Help Center. Also enjoy a free pancake breakfast or hot dog or hamburger lunch. No electronic will be accepted. L.I.F.T Off Aviation Day is from 9 a.m. to noon at Silver Creek High School, 4901 Nelson Road, Longmont. Leans about airplanes, try a simulator and see an airplane engine. Many aviation organization will be on hand to answer questions. Go to facebook.com/liftoffaviationday.

The 17th annual Arbor Day and Earth Day Celebration is from 10 a.m. to noon at Erie Community Park, 450 Powers St. Free seedlings and information will be available as well as refreshments, prizes, crafts, and more. Go to erieco.gov.

Catch the Wind begins at 10 a.m. at Sandstone Ranch Visitors Center, 3001 E. Highway 119, Longmont. Celebrate the tenth anniversary of Sandstone Ranch and learn about wind energy with hands-on activities. Call 303-651-8404.
